Over the holiday weekend last month, 11 of our absolutely fabulous teachers and admin headed off to the incredible GYTO – Get Your Teach On Conference (and even GYLO – Get Your Lead On for our administrators 🙌). 🌈
They didn’t just sit and listen… they learned hands-on, practical tools they can use right here in our classrooms — and then came back and shared concrete takeaways with our entire staff at Tuesday’s meeting the very next day. Talk about an immediate ripple effect! 💥📚
Not only did they get the benefit of the highly informative conference sessions, but they also got a weekend away and some probably much needed and DEFINITELY well-deserved bonding time outside of the classrooms. ⚡️
And here’s the truly special part 💙 Thanks to YOUR fabulous MCN support and generous donations, this entire experience was fully funded for them — from travel to lodging and everything in between. This level of support for teacher and leadership development is honestly unheard of, and it speaks volumes about the kind of parent community we have. ❤️
