Please find the link below to open our current MCN bylaws. This is our governing document for our Corporation and shall be reviewed annually and updated biennially by the Bylaws Committee of the Corporation.

The Executive Board may adopt, amend, or repeal any of these Bylaws by a majority of the Executive Board Officers present at a meeting, duly held at which a quorum is present, except that no amendment may go into effect until it has been approved by the General Membership. Executive Board ­approved changes are not valid until approved by the General Membership.
